Contributor: The individual submitting this form and all contents contained herein.
Publisher: NM3 Magazine, LLC and all copyrights, intellectual properties, and media associated with the NM3 Magazine Brand.
Editorial: Original and uniquely hand written content submitted for use in digital or print media by a subject matter expert.
Conditions
The Contributor is expected to submit unique and original content and gives the Publisher exclusive rights to edit, distribute, and use the content in both print and digital form in anyway and at any time at the Publisher’s discretion.
The Publisher will credit and cite the Contributor if and when their works are used in either print or digital form.
The Contributor releases the Publisher of all liabilities or claims in any way related to the Editorial they submit.
The Contributor acknowledges that Publisher has the right to refuse, at any time and for any reason, the Editorial submitted by the Contributor.
